About the role
You'll lead groups through memorable, well-paced tours: delivering commentary that's accurate and genuinely entertaining, answering questions on the fly, and adapting your route and timing to weather, group energy, and mobility needs. You'll handle bookings and headcounts, brief guests on safety, manage the schedule so every stop gets its due, and resolve small problems before guests notice them. Every tour ends with people glad they came.
What you will bring
You bring natural storytelling, comfortable public speaking, and the stamina to be on your feet and on your game for hours. You read groups well, stay unflappable when plans change, and take real pride in local knowledge. A second language is a strong asset.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in guiding, hospitality, teaching, or public-facing performance
- Strong public speaking and group management skills
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain it
- Eligibility to work in Canada
