About the role

You'll supervise swimmers and enforce facility rules from deck and chair rotations, scanning your zone constantly and responding immediately to distress. You'll perform rescues and first aid when needed, complete incident reports, test water chemistry, and help with pool opening, closing, and cleaning routines. You'll also assist with swim lessons or public programs as scheduled and keep your certifications and rescue skills current through in-service training.

What you will bring

You bring current lifeguard certifications, strong swimming ability, and the discipline to stay alert through quiet shifts. You're confident giving clear directions to patrons of all ages and calm when seconds matter. Availability for evenings and weekends is a plus.
