About the role

You'll plan and run a monthly calendar of programs that residents and participants actually look forward to: games, crafts, music, outings, fitness sessions, and special events. You'll book entertainers and transportation, adapt activities to different mobility and cognitive levels, recruit and schedule volunteers, track attendance and budgets, and gather feedback so the calendar keeps improving. Some evenings and weekend events are part of the rhythm.

What you will bring

You're warm, organized, and genuinely energized by getting people involved. Experience in recreation, seniors' care, or community programming helps, but what matters most is that you can plan a month ahead, adapt on the spot, and make a shy participant feel welcome.
